Eurospiner has been dealing with removals for over 17 years. During this time, they carried out many relocations both locally in Wrocław and to distant places such as the British Isles. They constitute a well-coordinated and experienced team, with employee turnover close to zero. The company takes comprehensive care of its customers, so naturally we wanted it to be visible on their website.
Initial state
The previous website was created in WordPress, which, although very often chosen, is not the friendliest solution for managing website content. The website was already very extensive before our work, but due to the fact that it was already several years old, it was necessary to change the design to a more modern one. Additionally, it was necessary to optimize the website's performance so that the website loaded quickly even on mobile devices.
SEO activities were carried out on the website, but analytical scripts were not installed and Google Search Console was not connected, which made it impossible to monitor the number of website visits and optimize conversions. We had to remedy this as well.
Project goals
The aim of the project for Eurospiner was to comprehensively optimize and modernize the website to better serve both current and potential customers. Our task was to create a website that would be not only aesthetic and functional, but also optimized for search engines (SEO) and easy to manage for the Eurospiner team. The main goals of the project included:

- Website performance optimization
- Security and easy content management
What did the implementation look like?
Dedicated price list and quick contact
The first improvement we have added is an easily accessible panel for immediate contact, visible at the very top of the page. This allows customers who have already decided to use the services to quickly contact the company. The company focuses on direct and quick contact with customers, which 100% should have been addressed on the website.
For people who do not want to call, we have also prepared a contact form. In order to protect the website against bots, we have used reCaptcha protection in the contact form. This ensures that any queries coming through the form are authentic and come from real users. Another improvement is the virtual business card, which can be accessed from the link in the footer of the website.
Additionally, to make it as easy as possible for visitors to find prices for services, we have used clickable tabs that allow users to easily browse through various services and their prices. This functionality greatly simplifies navigation, allowing customers to quickly find the information they are interested in without having to search the entire page. Thanks to this solution, the website is more transparent and intuitive.
Confirmation of quality and detailed description of services
Over so many years of operation, the company has gained many satisfied customers, providing services to both private individuals and companies. We addressed each of these recipients by preparing separate sections with opinions. Opinions of private individuals were taken from Google, because it is currently the place where you can get the most honest opinion of the customer. The companies' opinions were confirmed in the form of official documents, which in itself is a value worth emphasizing.
Addressing each potential customer, however, required more than just attaching dedicated opinions. A separate subpage has been prepared for each service. Thanks to this, customers can quickly find detailed information about the service they are interested in, without wasting time browsing through information they are not interested in.
Quick contact panel
In industries such as moving, customers often want to find out the quote and details of the service directly from the company over the phone instead of browsing the website. We've made it as easy as possible for Eurospinner customers by adding a banner at the very top of the page. After clicking it, while on the phone, the customer can immediately call the company.
Content Management System (CMS)
Eurospiner required simplicity in content management, so we implemented the Strapi content management system. All website components have been designed to always look perfect on both mobile devices and computers. CMS allows you to easily update content without the need for advanced technical knowledge.
Link structure mapping and conversion monitoring
Over the many years of operation, the company's website has grown significantly. For SEO reasons, it was necessary to accurately reproduce the link structure on the website, which of course we did. Before starting the work, we prepared a special script that walked through the website and saved its structure, also including pages that were not included in the sitemap. This allowed us to precisely move important subpages and add 301 redirects for pages that were merged into one.
Despite SEO activities, the website was not integrated with tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar. These tools are necessary to measure the effectiveness at individual stages of the sales funnel and the conversion itself. However, it is important that the data is collected in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, many websites on the Polish market collect analytical data even before the user gives consent, and sometimes even despite the user's refusal. The tools were implemented in accordance with regulations, without degrading the website's performance.
Website performance optimization
We drastically improved site performance and Core Web Vitals, achieving maximum ratings in 3 out of 4 possible parameters. Automatic graphics optimization and page size reduction ensure fast page loading and smooth operation, which is necessary for a positive user experience.
It is worth emphasizing that this result will be stable because the solutions we provide automatically optimize graphics and reduce page size, which facilitates management and ensures long-term benefits.
Solving unexpected problems
Unexpectedly, while transferring the content, it turned out that the client was running out of hosting while we were working. How surprised we were when one morning we found out that the website had disappeared. However, we focus on comprehensive service and, although we do not operate in the WordPress system, we efficiently set up the website on one of our servers from a previously prepared backup copy. This allowed us to minimize the time the website was unavailable.
Summary
Ultimately, we can say that the project for Eurospiner was a success and all the goals were achieved. The client wanted his contribution to the continued maintenance of the website to be as small as possible, so now we are moving on to the administration and management stage of the website.
Thanks to our solutions, the Eurospiner website not only gained a modern look and functionality, but also became more user-friendly and easier to manage.
