Preparation for Implementation
Introductory Meeting
During this meeting, we aim to thoroughly understand your expectations. We will conduct an analysis of your company's needs to determine the scope of potential collaboration. We will verify if and how we can assist you. The meeting is expected to last approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the website. At the end, you will receive a detailed project estimate.
Presentation of Detailed Specification
If you choose to collaborate with us, a brief meeting will follow to present the detailed specifications of the offer and a list of functionalities that will guide the project's execution. We prioritize client satisfaction, making this meeting necessary to ensure a shared vision. The subsequent agreement will be based on this meeting.
Contracting Collaboration
This stage will occur if you decide to entrust us with the maintenance of your website within a maintenance subscription.
Access and Information
Before we can start the project, we will need access from you, including to the server, the site administration email address, and other items. We will send you a precise list of requirements via email beforehand.
Technical and Graphic Implementation
Graphic Design
We create a website design for you using the Figma graphic program. During the design phase, you can interact with it as if it were already available online. This ensures a quicker finalization of the site before coding begins.
Coding and Technical Work
Upon approval of the graphic design, our team of programmers proceeds to translate it into website code. This stage involves creating a functional and responsive template, integrating all required features and scripts.
Testing
Once the website is ready, we proceed to check all its functionalities. This ensures that your site will operate smoothly, and your clients won't encounter errors during usage.
Revisions
After the testing phase, we offer two standard rounds of revisions to tailor the project to your final requirements and expectations. During this time, you can propose any necessary changes or improvements.
Content Migration
If you had a previous website, we ensure to migrate its content to the new site. We guarantee that the content will be consistent and integrated with the new project, maintaining SEO optimization and accessibility.
Final Installations
We install the project on the server, configuring SSL certificates. We set up more secure SSH login methods using public keys, significantly enhancing security. We also create accounts in the content management system, ensuring the configuration of appropriate permissions.
Deployment
Domain Redirect
In this step, we change the redirection in the DNS zone. We also verify the correctness of SSL certificates and make necessary changes in Google Search Console, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Training
During a one-hour video call, we will show you all the necessary processes for managing and editing the site. After the training, you will receive a video recording, allowing you to revisit the information at any time. If you have any questions after the training, we will be at your disposal.
Maintenance
This stage will take place if you decide to have us take care of your site within a maintenance subscription. Of course, if you opt-out of the subscription, you can always contact us for specific site tasks, and we will provide a cost estimate. Each project is also covered by a 24-month warranty, so if anything breaks, we will certainly fix it.
